Privacy Policy

Summary

Berrybop does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app runs entirely on your device, has no user accounts, no logins, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Information We Collect

None. Berrybop does not collect any data of any kind, including but not limited to:

Drawings made in the Paint activity are kept on your device only. They are not uploaded anywhere.

Third Parties

Berrybop contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, and no analytics services. The app does not communicate with any server.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA & PIPEDA)

Berrybop is designed for children under 13 and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada.

Because Berrybop collects no personal information from anyone — including children — there is no data to access, modify, or delete. Parents who have questions may contact us at the address below.

Parental Gate

Any feature that could leave the app (such as opening this Privacy Policy or contacting support from inside the app) is gated behind a math problem that only a parent or older child can solve, in accordance with Apple’s App Review Guideline 1.3.

In-App Purchases and Ads

Berrybop has no in-app purchases and no advertising.

Permissions

Berrybop does not request access to the camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, notifications, or any other sensitive iOS permission.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that handles data — the new policy will be posted here and the effective date above will be updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes on the App Store.
